This is a great business. Not only do they have great staff and wonderful lawn care, but they genuinely care about their customers. My car window was smashed accidentally when a rock shot out of some equipment they were using. They got it fixed promptly with no hassle on my end. Big shout out to Stephen for being a great boss and customer service guy!

Very poor customer service. Stopping help for a disabled person strickly because the lawn is "too big". Look for another company, they will leave you high and dry just because they "got more business". Run, just run they are an absolute nightmare! Stephen runs a terrible business and doesnt know how to treat PAYING CUSTOMERS!

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Have requested the services of Essential Property Maintenance and I'm extremely disappointed. Did not have proper work done the first time they came, and they are still sending invoices for work that has never been done. Complete scam of a company.
